Home » New Clinical Trials newsletter highlights neuroblastoma research at Texas Children’s Cancer Center
February 5, 2009 – Texas Children’s Hospital
Texas Children’s Cancer Center has recently launched a new clinical trial newsletter which highlights groundbreaking studies and clinical trials hosted by the cancer center. The first newsletter in the series focuses on neuroblastoma research and trials.
Texas Children’s Cancer Center offers more clinical studies than any other pediatric cancer center in the U.S. with over 200 clinical trials. The center provides treatment options for children with even the rarest types of cancers; many of these trials have been developed by physician-scientists and are only available at this institution.
The clinical trial infrastructure is led by a group of physician experts in clinical trial implementation, supported by a dedicated, highly experienced, comprehensive team of nurses and other medical support staff. Texas Children’s Cancer Center is proud to maintain timely, open communication with patients and their families and fostering effective relationships with referring physicians.
