The Greater Houston Builder’s Association (GHBA) held a groundbreaking ceremony for three homes to be built which benefit Texas Children’s Cancer Center
Feb. 1, 2007 – GHBA Project Update
Hallmark Design Homes recently broke ground on one of three homes to be built for the GHBA (Greater Houston Builder’s Association) Benefit Homes Project, benefiting Texas Children’s Cancer Center and other local charities. Hallmark Design Homes, ranked fourth on Builder magazine’s Fast Track 2006 list of fastest growing homebuilders in the U.S., will construct its two-story Austin Plan in the new community of Bridgeland in northwest Houston.
Bridgeland’s developer, General Growth Properties Inc., donated the home site.
