Dr. Hilary Suzawa’s research interests are the late complications of therapy for childhood cancer survivors. She is the principal investigator for a retrospective chart review protocol entitled “Retrospective Study of Late Effects in Long Term Survivors of Childhood Cancer.” She has collaborated with Dr. Hillary Boswell of the Obstetrics/Gynecology Department to examine the effects of cancer therapy on fertility. She participates clinically in the Children’s Oncology Group (COG) study protocol for late effects in Hodgkin’s Disease Survivors (ALTE 04N1) and another COG study examining Adverse Late Events (ALTE 03N1). Dr. Suzawa has been working with the Passport for Care® Application designed by Dr. Poplack and Dr. Horowitz as it is piloted in the Long Term Survivor Clinic.

Dr. Hilary Suzawa is a member of the Long Term Survivor Program.
