- Research Facilities
The Feigin Center of Texas Children's Hospital houses many of our research labs. Formerly a patient care facility, this $40-million recently renovated state-of-the-art research facility now offers 19-floors of research and office space to our physicians and scientists who lead innovative pediatric cancer and hematology research initiatives.
- Outpatient Clinic
Our child-friendly 28,000-square foot, state-of-the-art outpatient clinic is located on the 14th floor of the Clinical Care Center, the ambulatory care building of Texas Children's Hospital.
- Inpatient Unit
The Texas Children's Cancer and Hematology Centers' 36-bed unit is located on the 9th floor of the West Tower of Texas Children's Hospital. Completed in 2003, the West Tower captured top honors in the 2003 American Society of Interior Designers(ASID) / Houston Chronicle Interior Design Awards.
- BMT Unit
Our Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Stem Cell Transplant Unit is the largest of its kind in the Southwest. Designed with comfort in mind, the rooms are playfully decorated and because of an innovative air-handling system, there's no need for patients or their visitors to wear a mask.
