Driving Directions
From the North
Take I-45 or U.S. Hwy. 59 South to Hwy. 288 South. Exit right to Holcombe Boulevard. Continue west, turn right at Fannin Street. Take the first right onto Bates Street and an immediate right into the Clinical Care Center.
From the Northwest
Take Hwy. 290 South to 610 West Loop South. Follow 610 Loop to the Fannin Street exit. Turn left at Fannin Street and proceed past Holcombe Boulevard. Take the first right onto Bates Street and an immediate right into the Clinical Care Center.
From the West
Take I-10 East to I-45 South to Hwy. 288 South. Exit right at Holcombe Boulevard. Continue west, turn right on Fannin Street. Take the first right onto Bates Street and an immediate right into the Clinical Care Center.
From the Southwest
Take U.S. Hwy. 59 North to Hwy. 288 South. Exit right at Holcombe Boulevard. Continue west, turn right on Fannin Street and then right on Bates Street OR Take Hwy. 90 (South Main) to Holcombe. Turn right at Holcombe. Continue east, turn left on Fannin. Take the first right onto Bates Street and an immediate right into the Clinical Care Center.
From the South
Take I-45 or Hwy. 288 North. From I-45, take 610 West Loop to Hwy. 288 North. Exit left at Holcombe Boulevard. Turn right at Fannin Street. Take the first right onto Bates Street and an immediate right into the Clinical Care Center.
From the Southeast
Take Hwy. 225 to I-45 North exit. Take I-45 to U.S. Hwy. 59 South and take to Hwy. 288 South. Exit right at Holcombe Boulevard. Continue west, turn right on Fannin Street. Take the first right onto Bates Street and an immediate right into the Clinical Care Center.
From the East
